Invision Power Services, Inc. is upgrading our telephone equipment to better serve our customer needs.

The new equipment will eliminate the need to leave a voice mail if all technicians are already on the phone. You will be given the option to hold for a technician, call back later, or leave a voice mail during normal business hours.

This change will require that our phone system be taken offline for up to two hours on Wednesday, October 13 during the afternoon hours. After the system comes online you can expect another hour or so of abnormal service while the phones are reprogrammed.
